We are the united voice of teachers, non-teaching staff, Group-D workers, and former employees who have devoted years of dedication to building the institutions under the RERF Group, namely: RERF, SVIMS, and RIST.
Through our collective labor, knowledge, and care, we have contributed to the growth and success of these institutions. Yet, despite our unwavering service, many of us are still waiting for fair salaries, statutory dues like provident fund and gratuity, and a transparent system for promotions.
This is not just a movement; it is our mission to ensure that no employee is left behind and that our future is built on fairness, transparency, and dignity.

Full and immediate implementation of the AICTE 2019 Pay Scale with dearness allowance.
Guaranteed on-time salary, clearance of all PF and Gratuity arrears, and Minimum Wage adherence.
