The RERF Group Employee Welfare Association strongly condemns the recent threats, mental harassment, and unlawful pressure on staff to resign.
* Legal & Statutory Action: We have approached authorities, including the AICTE, to defend employee rights and statutory pay scales.
* Zero Tolerance: Any forced termination or coercion will be met with immediate legal action.
